Very unhelpful and irresponsible. My wife was told already three times to come for blood results which were taken a month ago and still sending her away that it's not done. Usually appointments are booked for two weeks need to to try better surgery. One of the worst surgeries I ever used.
Absolutely annoyed about them. Hopefully they will improve access to patients.
